The Origin, Change of the Time and Constructive Principle of Insamjinpi-tang(ìÑ߸òçù«÷·)

Abstract

|
Objectives: This paper was written to understand the origin, changes and the constructive principles of Insamjinpi-tang(ìÑ߸òçù«÷·)
Methods: Insamjinpi-tang and other related prescriptions were analyzed in terms of pathology, based on "Dongyisusebowon Chobongwon(ÔÔì¢áøá¦ÜÁêª õ®ÜâÏé)", "Dongyisusebowon Gabobon(ÔÔì¢áøá¦ÜÁêª Ë£çíÜâ)", "Dongyisusebowon Sinchukbon(ÔÔì¢áøá¦ÜÁêª ãôõäÜâ)", "Donguisasangsinpyeon(ÔÔì¢ÞÌßÚãæøº)"
Results and Conclusions : (1) The origin of Insamjinpi-tang is Doksamyangbung-tang(Լ߸ÕÞÝÚ÷·), which is combination of Yijung-tang(ìµñé÷·), and Insamkeji-tang(ìÑ߸Ìýò«÷·) (2) The origin of Insamjinpi-tang was derived from Doksamyangbung-tang of "Dongyisusebowon Gabobon". Insamjinpitang greatly increases Ginseng Radix Alba(ìÑß³) when Insamjinpitang was compared with Yijung-tang, Insamkeji-tang. Insamjinpitang put to use Amomi Fructus(ÞãìÒ) newly first. (3) The Insamjinpitang composed of 5 herbs, Ginseng Radix Alba(ìÑß³), Zingiberis Rhizoma Crudus(ßæ˹), Citrus unshiu (òçù«), Zizyphus jujuba(ÓÞðÊ) and Amomi Fructus(ÞãìÒ); Ginseng Radix Alba(ìÑß³) and Zingiberis Rhizoma Crudus (ßæ˹) treat Taeumjeung(÷¼ëäñû) of Soeumin(á´ëäìÑ) through warming the Stomach(è®êÖ), Citrus unshiu(òçù«) makes the Yin(ëä) downbearing, Zizyphus jujuba(ÓÞðÊ) making harmony between innerside and outerside of body and Amomi Fructus(ÞãìÒ) making stable one¡¯s mind.
